Late-Night Spirits Tasting

Here at Perman Wine, the focus isn’t solely on wine.

Spirits are a big part of our passion and selection at the store. Personally speaking, I am a large proponent of the digestif at the end of a dinner.

There is nothing better for settling the stomach and finishing off an evening than tasting a classic spirit, such as Calvados, amaro, or whisk(e)y, among others. I’ve purposefully scheduled this tasting as a late-night event so that you can go out to dinner first, and then finish your evening with a digestif.

I will be providing some food suited to pair alongside these spirits, including cheese, nuts, chocolate, and more. We will have some fantastic and rare stuff open, and I promise it will be a great evening!
